Pizza is my weakness…….I love it! The cheese, the crust, the toppings…..just yum! We literally eat pizza once a week! That can get pretty pricey! So, we started making our own. My husband spent 3 years perfecting his crust and sauce. He typically makes his own pizza sauce but when we are in a rush we tend to use store bought. It’s rare because he usually freezes his sauce and it makes enough for a few pizzas. You can always use pre made sauce if you don’t have the time to make it yourself.
Sausage and pepper pizza was our first ‘specialty’ pizza. Of course we made the typical plain or pepperoni but we wanted to start making different pizzas. We have about 20 different types of pizzas we make. This was our first one. Don’t worry I will be posting each one at some point! 😁

Spread your sauce on the dough and sprinkle on your cheese. Add your sausage, onions and peppers. Fold up extra dough on edges to create crust.
Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is browning and bubbly And bottom is browning.
